Seeds Dream Hunt

Flies and Fletching Outdoors along with Arrow-Dynamic Solutions, Wilderness Outfitters and country music singer, song writer Roland Whitt are proud to be associated with Georgia Outdoor News, the Georgia Outdoor Network and the SEEDS Dream Hunt for 2009. This year the lucky winner is going on an all expense paid trip to Glenrock, Wyoming September 1st through the 7th for an unforgettable "Western Style" hunting adventure. The winner will have the opportunity to harvest mule deer, elk, antelope, and black bear. We'd like to wish everyone "Good Luck" and we'll see you in Macon at the Outdoor Blast.

Flies and Fletching and the Georgia Outdoor Network have a lot in common… the two most important are finding ways to preserve our great outdoor heritage and educating kids of all ages in the importance of being responsible outdoorsmen. We stand tall in our beliefs that the future of the outdoors and our rights within depend greatly on the efforts we put forth today. That’s why the GONetwork SEEDS program was started, to help teach youngsters the importance of being conservation minded and to protect our rights to enjoy the outdoors just as those before us. Remember, today’s children are tomorrow’s outdoor leaders.

Support the SEEDS program and join Flies and Fletching and the Georgia Outdoor Network as we push forward in attempts to conserve, preserve and protect what little resources we have left. Our children depend on it.

Texas was truly a dream...

A great time was had by all at the SEEDS 2008 Dream Hunt sponsored by Flies and Fletching, Aerodynamic Solutions and Roland Whitt Country Music. Grand prize winner Matthew Price II of Ellabell, and runner-up David Roney from Vienna, along with their fathers enjoyed some fantastic hunting action in the brush country of South Texas. The weather, companionship, and food was great; and the animals were more than plentiful. Although the “Trophy Buck” we were all looking for was not harvested there were plenty of great bucks seen rutting in the distance, chasing does, and fighting, just outside of bow range. Over the two week period lots of spikes, does, and hogs were taken by these two boys, who both turned out to be great sportsmen. Both Matthew… aka “Bug Zapper” and David… aka “Squeeze” had the time of their lives spending a week in the woods with their dads on a hunting trip we all will remember forever. On behalf of Flies and Fletching, Aerodynamic Solutions, and Roland Whitt Country Music we would like to say thanks to “Bug Zapper” and Matthew Price Sr. and “Squeeze and Gene Roney for spending time with us and being such great sportsmen. We enjoyed the opportunity to make new friends and look forward to catching up with you all again in the woods soon.
