Booking Policy

Once a date for your reservation is placed on our calendar we are then considered “booked” for any other clients. As such we require a 50% deposit due within 7 business days of booking your reservation. Any trips booked inside of 7 business days require payment in full at time of booking. Trips canceled with 7 day advance notice are entitled to a full refund. Trips canceled inside of 7 days must forfeit their deposit or find a replacement.
