Set in the beautiful mountains of Northeast Georgia just outside the historic town of Blue Ridge, Noontootla Creek Farms is a special place...you will feel the thrill of this Southern Appalachian Mountain gem the first time you put your eyes on the landscape. Noontootla Creek Farms is a privately held farm consisting of over 1500 acres of scenic mountain terrain. Originally a large farm operation and then a private hunting club, NCF is now open to guests of Flies and Fletching and offers over two miles of trophy trout waters and top shelf quail hunts. This is where our guests can catch the trout of a life time or enjoy "Southern style" wingshooting in a scenic mountain setting. If Sporting Clays is your game… we offer a 12 stand course that challenges all skill levels from beginner to expert. Also enjoy the new covered 5 Stand for some fast flying action that will leave you wanting more.

NCF is open year around with the best hunting and fishing taking place from the Fall through Spring of the following year. At Flies and Fletching we welcome large groups and corporate functions and can provide both on-site and off site accommodations. Meals can be catered by one of the areas best chef's or you can enjoy local cuisine at one the many fine restaurants located in and around the beautiful town of Blue Ridge.
